I was raised in Southeast Florida, and the Lulfs family tree has deep roots here. I’ve watched neighborhoods grow, waterfront communities change, new residents arrive and local markets go through more than a few cycles.
My own family still enjoys the things that make South Florida home to us. Time on the water, boating, waterfront communities, being outdoors and having our “Buddy” along for the ride are all part of the lifestyle we enjoy here.

I was raised in Southeast Florida, so the local perspective is not something I picked up from a relocation guide. I’ve been watching this place grow and change most of my life.
I also bring a pretty unusual toolbox to real estate. I’m a longtime real estate photographer, digital marketer, online community builder and web developer. I’ve spent decades building websites and custom online platforms from scratch, which gives me a hands-on understanding of how properties are presented, found and marketed today.
